If your order hasn't be shipped, it can be canceled by Contact Us. If the order is on the way, you can always make a return once your order has arrived within 365days.

We provide International Express DHL (3-5 working days) for most locations; and some extremely remote, we choose EMS (5-7 working days).

If you're out when the order is delivered, and it's too big to put through your letterbox or needs to be signed for, the delivery provider will put a card through your letterbox with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange for it to be redelivered.

Yes. Just return the item in original condition for full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the product.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. But for most of the countries, you will not be charged, if you have any doubt please Contact Us.
You could place order as a guest (just need fill in the Email Address), once your order produced, you would receive email for account details which our system auto register for you, then you could check the order status and change password.
